Choosing an Officiant is one of the most important steps in the wedding planning process.

Here are some important questions you may want to ask:

Are you available for the date and location of my ceremony?

How many marriage ceremonies have you performed?

Are you experienced in planning the wedding rehearsal?

Do you have any restrictions or requirements to officiate at a wedding? (Some ministers or officiants will only do a "traditional" wedding.)

What is your fee? Are there extra fees for mileage, extra ceremonies, or attending the rehearsal?
How do you like to receive your payment?

Can we write our own vows? Can we be creative and have a themed wedding?

Are there opportunities for friends or family to participate in the ceremony?

Do you have special requirements to deal with Coovidd 19?

Have you had your Covid vaccinations?
