A message from the owner, Joy Romey

La Cuisine translates to “the Kitchen” in French. The kitchen is where my story begins. My happiest childhood memories are from our family kitchen, where homework was done while mom cooked dinner. It is where my grandmother taught me to make pies and where my aunt taught me to make spaghetti sauce. It is where I learned that delicious food will bring smiles,

laughter & love to a room.

Custom gives me the opportunity to serve your favorite foods at your special event. Although we have a wonderful menu of signature items you can choose from, we LOVE to take your most treasured meals and create a variation you will adore. Catering is about service and delivery. Our passion for fine food, exceptional customer service with experienced, talented staff is what separates us from all others. We are here to serve and supply the best event planning service available. We partner with top notch floral designers, DJs and Rental Companies to create extraordinary events. There is no event too large or small.
