As we enter a weekend with record hot temperatures in September… here’s some tips on how to help your fresh cut flowers survive the heat! 🌺☀️

1. Keep them cool overnight
2. Avoid direct sunlight
3. Keep flowers away from fruit
4. Remove dead stems
5. Regularly change their water but always clean the vase first when you change the water, eliminating bacteria
6. And always give flowers a fresh diagonal cut before putting back into cleaned vase and fresh water

Today is the day! The bouquet stand is OFFICIALLY fully stocked offering beautiful fresh stem bouquets at Civitas Coffee in La Mirada, CA. I am over the moon about being able to provide you and the La Mirada Community with another way to grab one of my bouquets… and a coffee at that!🌺
I must take a moment and express my most sincere heartfelt gratitude and appreciation to Katherine and her team at Civitas for welcoming me, sharing their space and allowing me the opportunity to share my craft and passion with their coffee community as well as mine… and giving me a chance to share it within the community where I reside and we both manage our businesses; This has always been my focus… COMMUNITY! THIS FRIDAY!🌺 We are only THREE sleeps away from launching our our adorable little flower bouquet stand that will be located inside 7 days a week! We are so grateful for this “local supporting local” partnership and collaboration.☀️ What does that mean? It means that if you’re LOCAL, you will have the opportunity to purchase that bouquet at any time during the week. Right now, we will offer dried floral bouquets Monday-Thursday and my fresh stemmed bouquets will be available Friday-Sunday! (While supply lasts!)🌺

Today is the day!🌺 I am so excited to share our “BIG little” news with all of you… especially with all of our local La Mirada Residents and community!
This Friday March 22nd we will be launching our NEW on-site Floral Bouquet Stand inside of . I now have a location where my flowers will be available to all of you 7 days a week where we will offer PREMADE DRIED Flower Bouquets (Monday to Thursday) and PREMADE FRESH Flower Bouquets (Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays)… while supply lasts!

I am so grateful and thrilled about this new collaboration and so proud to be partnering with another small business located here in La Mirada! The team is amazing as well as their coffee and now you have a coffee establishment where you can enjoy both… coffee and flowers!🌺☕️🌺☕️

What an amazing group of women. I’m so grateful to have been a part of them showering you with all the love, appreciation… and FLOWERS! 🌺

This year (2024), the theme is “INSPIRE INCLUSION”; which emphasizes inspiring women to be included, fostering a sense of belonging, relevance, and empowerment.
