Welcoming this precious baby boy into the world felt like the sweetest pause in the middle of a wildly full fall. Although our wedding season wrapped up early this year, the studio has been overflowing with families and newborns, and I wouldn’t have it any other way.

There’s something so tender about photographing a family in these first few weeks, the quiet snuggles, tiny toes, the way big sisters instinctively lean in a little closer. This session was soft, slow, and filled with the kind of love that makes time feel like it’s standing still.

Grateful for every family who invites me into these sacred moments. What an honor it is to document the very beginning of a story.

Every detail of this piece was created entirely from scratch to reflect their session aesthetic: soft, timeless, and beautifully intentional. From the embroidered monogram bow on the cover to the bespoke gingham lining and custom-printed pages, nothing about this album exists anywhere else. It’s truly one-of-a-kind, crafted exclusively for their family.

We carried the design story straight from their session into the final artwork. From the airy neutrals in their wardrobe, the gentle textures of the location, and the overall palette all informed the materials, colors, and finishes chosen for this heirloom.

A session this thoughtful deserves an album that feels just as personal, and I’m so honored to create something that will be loved for generations.

For our second day of the workshop, we slowed everything down and stepped into stillness, capturing Kelsey, who is expecting twins, in the most ethereal poolside session. Draped in soft fabric and surrounded by light, she moved with such calm grace, a visual representation of strength, femininity, and surrender. We began our time together with the sweetest family session featuring Jackie & John and their little ones: a breezy, light-filled evening by the bay that perfectly set the tone for the week ahead.
