I'm truly happy to help if someone needs something before January 2nd when I reopen after the holidays.

I need some time to plan some upcoming ideas for the shop, order Valentine's Day flowers, yes already, work on things I've put off at home and hopefully find some time to relax.
It's been a long year trying to figure out so many new things. 🙃

I am so thankful for the customers that have been in to help support my business this past year.

My hope is to keep growing and expand my business in new ways to help keep the doors open.
I plan to post more often to share items I have available and any new classes/events. (I'm always open to any new ideas!)

The Old Stone Bistro and I plan to continue partnering to bring you fun, food, fellowship and flowers! 😀💐🥨☕🍷

I love how each one turned out so different yet so beautiful in their own way.
These gals had talent they didn’t even know they had.

**I’m planning to be open EXTRA hours this Saturday morning 9-11 (or so) and also Monday Afternoon 1-4.
Tuesday, Christmas Eve I’ll be open shorter hours from 1-4.

Change in location for the Holiday Design class today, Sunday the 15th at 4:00 pm
as long as the icy roads are safe for me to make it back to La Porte from out of town.
I’m pretty sure they will be.

Also you will have the option to put the flowers and greenery in a beautiful cherry wood box that would look gorgeous on a Christmas dining room table!

I will have room for a couple more people if you’d like to join us but let me know as soon as possible as my space is limited.

One more thing, I will have extra materials if you’d like me to arrange the flowers myself sometime before Christmas.
I’ll be making a variety of sizes and styles.

Here are some of the fun vessels that I’m anxious to put arrangements in!

I’m picking up fresh bouquets in the morning and will start posting pictures and prices as I get them done.
I will be happy to take special orders too.

I will, however, be OPEN at the shop Sunday afternoon between 2:30 and 3:30 getting ready for the
Holiday Wine and Dine at The Old Stone Bistro at 4:00 pm.

I’m so thankful for everyone who came into Petals of Hope for my Open House on Saturday. I appreciate your support! 🥰

I sold quite a few things with live greenery but have a few things left that I don’t want to go to waste. Text, call or message me if you’re interested in something shown or would like me to make something special with live greens and/or fresh flowers.

See picture of a few things I have left.
I can also make something or take a wreath to the cemetery if you’d like.

I’ll be getting some beautiful fresh bouquets this week that should last ‘til after Christmas.
We will be using them in the vases we make this coming Sunday at the Bistro.
I believe we have some openings if you’re interested.

Just a heads up, I’ll be closed this Friday the 13th.

I believe in Santa Claus, but I can’t believe it’s been a year since I had my first open house at Petals of Hope. 🎅

People have been asking. We had so much fun last month.

We will arrange Christmas flowers in Frosted Pint size mason jars. I will have 3 different bouquets to choose from and Melanie will have yummy goodies!

I will also have a couple similar small group classes at the flower shop squeezed in before Christmas if you can't make it on the 15th.

I guess I’m a teacher at heart, I love to be visit with other people and enjoy yummy snacks. 👩‍🏫 🥰

I felt right “at home” in The Old Stone Bistro the other night helping other women making their own floral arrangements.

I so appreciate Melanie sharing her space preparing yummy snacks, and having drinks available. 😋 🍷

There was so much laughter as these women visited, had refreshments and arranged their flowers.

I’m looking forward to another class at the Bostro in December
but will also squeeze in some holiday cheer with smaller gatherings at my shop.
