We did it again!
Catered a surprise 70th birthday party this weekend, and everyone loved it:

Just a quick note to thank for an absolutely wonderful meal. Literally all of our guests thoroughly enjoyed the food and raved about it. Most importantly, the birthday girl was impressed with the menu. Everything went perfectly so much appreciation for the seamless experience.

Double booked again!
I went with a stellar team of lovely ladies to a corporate party.
Full rental equipment (umbrella tables, chairs, bistros, linens, glassware, china, and flatware), bar service, and a phenomenal menu.
I love decorating catering in the summer - we grow the flowers for garnish and decor, and it's always so beautiful!
So nice to be trusted by our clients and be able to support them so they can host and enjoy their day.

Fabulous summer lunch today for the Rotary Club of Olympia - chicken with lime, lemon, and coriander curry, basmati rice with asparagus, cauliflower, and sweet peppers, buttered flatbread, and a beautiful salad.

Delicious dinner tonight for a long time monthly client: some tasty apps to start off the meeting, then the entree - Kahlua pork with ginger & licorice sweet and sour sauce, mac salad with shrimp, Hawaiian style rice with pineapple and asparagus, with fresh macarons from Lauren @ Gotti Sweets for dessert.
Love when our clients trust us to be creative and inspired with the menu.

Private chef dinner tonight - and these folks are in for a treat!
A customized appetizer course highlighting local and regional specialty ingredients.
Followed by entree course Beef Peposo (Tuscan braised short ribs with demi-glace), the best ever mashed potatoes, glazed carrots, a stunning organic salad (the greenhouse nasturtiums still going strong!), and pain rustique with fresh butter.
Wrapping it up with a delicious passion fruit raspberry tart.
This meal should make legislative session a little easier!

I wish I could capture the aroma and taste of this dinner!!
Lime, coriander, and coconut curry with chicken and peanut rice served with roasted romanesco and sweet peppers, an organic salad (greenhouse nasturtiums going strong!), and sour cream almond cake.
Monthly client dinners are fun - we get to make something thoughtful and original each time.

We throw a great party!
We aren't great at taking video!
We had to turn over and set up the room for 500 peole in under 2 hours - including linens and centerpieces, 3 full bars, and 3 separate menu food buffets - and we succeeded!
I was charmingly shoving people out of the way while trying to get this video of the appetizer buffet, because there was no time to take pictures.
Thanks to the Washington State Council of Firefighters for their continued support!
