Repost… we can’t get enough! “Race helper” 😊 the sound on the cutting board drives me nuts BUT over the last two years he’s gotten to where he pushes us away if we try to help on the things he’s familiar doing on his own!! He LOVES it and the confidence it’s brought him in his independence of all areas of his life is priceless!! Seven years ago it seemed impossible, but with a lot of hard work and consistency, there isn’t much at home he can’t do these days… not only completely on his own but without provocation… 🕺🏻💃🏽🧩💯

New Mexico Stacked Enchiladas t/w a crispy OM egg 😋💯 Look at the color of that Chili Pod enchilada sauce… zero tomato!! Tasting the sauce itself seemed one note of a strong, smoky almost paprika flavor but all together with the soft fried, dipped corn tortillas, cheese, white onions and that runny yoke…
