In the weeks leading up to the wedding, Hanna called to check up on us and calmed us down in moments where we felt overwhelmed with our to-do list. Hanna's soft and soothing demeanor really helped us (particularly me!) to de-stress and take peace in the fact that she'd have everything under control. Prior to the wedding, Hanna also individually contacted all our vendors and shared the master timeline to ensure everyone was on the same page. Even our parents and bridal parties had great things to say about Hanna - which tells you a lot about her personality and management style.
Other examples of how she went over and above for our special day include: testing our DIY champagne tower to ensure it worked, repurposing our ceremony flowers for the reception, getting me fuzzy slippers when my feet hurt from dancing in heels, attending our final on-site venue meeting in person, setting up over 100 candles and storing our equipment in our cars at the end of the night.
Hanna managed the logistics of our 14 hour wedding day so seamlessly and ensured everyone was in the right place at the right time. She was able to navigate our 200 person Indian wedding and did it with a genuine interest in learning about the cultural details. Before the wedding, she asked all the right questions about the key religious components of our ceremony so she knew exactly what was supposed to happen - and she ensured that it all ran smoothly.
If something goes wrong on your wedding day, sometimes you just don't want to be the point of contact for questions about the issue. This is where Hanna was also extremely useful - she was thoroughly prepared enough to know exactly how to deal with the situation. She allowed myself and my husband to really let go of the "planning" reins and enjoy the moments of our day. Vendor appreciation 🙌🏼❤️🔥🙏🏻 FULL VENDOR REVIEW: “I had the great fortune of working with Hanna Baek of Eden Events at a wedding reception held at Silver Creek Valley Country Club in San Jose in mid-July, 2022. I was there to provide elegant piano music for the first hour of the reception, as guests were arriving at the front entrance of the country club.
Hanna was good about contacting me well in advance to let me know that she would be there as the wedding coordinator for the couple getting married. She asked good questions to make sure we were on the same page, and she offered to help with any setup or logistics that might be needed. I had questions for her that, I felt, were answered in an informative, helpful fashion.
On the day of the event, Hanna sought me out to introduce herself. I had some questions about working to arrange to have the photographer get pictures of me and for the videographer to get video of me. During the course of my hour of performing, the photographer and videographer both worked to get shots of me providing music for the guests. Additionally, Hanna, herself, took some video of me and sent it to me a few days after the event! Having that extra video is something I am grateful for, as I am always seeking more video of me performing to place onto my pages on The Knot & Wedding Wire.
Hanna was very helpful throughout the process. I can tell that she is highly organized as well. When I had moments to observe how the reception was proceeding, I could see that everything was running very smoothly. It is my hope that we can work together again at future events - Guy Palazzolo”

“What you get is not only an experienced coordinator who will ask you the questions about details that you’d never think about (which is the primary job of a coordinator), but also an advocate who will help you organize yourselves to get you what you want. Like many things for our wedding, finding Hanna was luck. It’s important to work with someone who just gets it.
Oftentimes, you get what you pay for. But what price points don’t account for is personality and empathy to relate.
Wedding coordinators are totally worth the expense and time to find anyone, let alone a great one, because this process is incredibly taxing. It’s basically project management, and Hanna’s great at it. She’s incredibly personable and incisive when working with the rest of our team.
You get a team member who will provide a sense of comfort when things get overwhelming. You get a woman who will help you to envision the perfect wedding without pushing you to spend more time or money on the things that don’t add value. I hope I don’t ever need to work with Hanna on another wedding as it would be an indicator of a failure of this current one. FLAT LAY details ✨✨ Before your wedding day, pack a small box of items to include in your flat lay detail shot. This will make it so much easier for your photographer and will conveniently keep your accessories in one place for quick grabs when getting ready. One of the first things your photographer will do upon arrival is unpack this box and take gorgeous shots of your details just like this one.
Items to consider: wedding heels, invitation suite, rings, ring box, earrings, watch, hair pin, perfume bottle, ribbon (chiffon, silk, velvet), garter, an antique dish, small decorative pieces, sentimental keepsake, and don’t forget a few florals, whether dried or fresh.
Keep in mind your color scheme & overall design of your wedding. A win-win: you save time and effort for your photographer and you get a beautiful shot of your favorite details of the day.

Hanna helped bring our wedding celebration to life and create a memory that was one of the best days of our lives!! We appreciate her down to earth style, clear communication, and thoughtful guidance leading up to the wedding, during the day of and after. There are so many things we can thank Hanna for for making our wedding planning process and day run smoothly.
Here are our top highlights working with Hanna below:
1) Talked through COVID stuff - Our wedding was postponed due to COVID and Hanna helped us talk through a COVID safety protocol and plan to make us and our wedding guests feel safe and comfortable.
2) Planned the perfect wedding schedule - she helped put together a great wedding schedule that didn't feel too rushed or too long. We had many guests sharing after how everything went so smoothly! That is thanks to Hanna.
3) Helped with last minute items - we had planned a parents appreciation during the ceremony, but we for about getting flowers to give to our parents. Hanna had her assistant immediately get flowers and we didn't have to stress about it. She just took care of it!
4) Clear vendor communication - our venue requested all vendors to complete an agreement form and provide a certificate of insurance. Hanna helped communicate and collect all the paperwork required from the venue.
5) Easy to work with - Hanna was always available a few weeks leading up to our wedding via text, email or phone. She took time to listen to what we wanted and we felt she understood our wedding day vision.
6) Fun to work with - Hanna continuously reminded us that our wedding day will fly by so enjoy every moment when we can. She helped us prepare as much ahead of time so we could have a fun time, which we did!

The DRESS 🚨 Attention: BRIDES 👉🏼
Consider your dress earlier than later. Take note of the following:
📅 depending on where you buy your dress, it may take a few weeks or even up to 4+ months to arrive (time varies depending on location, boutique vs online, new vs sample, uniqueness, etc.)
📏furthermore, you may need one or two fittings before your final fit (ask your seamstress their turnaround times)
📍 if possible, find a seamstress nearby that is convenient for you
💵 keep in mind alterations may cost an additional $200-600+ so consider this in your budget
👠 it’s helpful to have your dress heels (or at least know your heel height) and undergarments during your fittings

Head table or sweetheart table?
You can either choose to have a sweetheart table where you and your newly wedded partner enjoy dinner together, with just the ✌🏻 of you . This way you can catch up and check in with each other. Considering how much social interaction will be happening, this is great for some of the couples who want some downtime throughout the wedding day. 🙃 Another option is having a head table where you are sitting with your entire bridal party. 🥂To each his own!

I had a wedding at two different locations - one having 100 guests and the reception having 720 guests - and she was able to hit it out of the ballpark with the organization of it all! I honestly don’t know if I could have done it without her, so I appreciate her so much!
