Richard Montañez led Multicultural Sales & Marketing as Vice President across Pepsi North American divisions, and after 42 years with the company he is now retired Throughout his career Montañez has held various senior roles through Pepsi and Frito Lay divisions. Montañez started his PepsiCo career at Frito-Lay in 1976 as a janitor and is recognized as the creator of the Flamin’ Hot line of products, which have become a billion-dollar business and a cultural phenomenon.

The growth is so real and I can’t thank Lowell and enough! 🫶🏽

I was reminded that the 1st year I came to set up with with just a bag of balloons and my little pink air pump 😂
I inflated most of the balloons on site and somehow managed to finish right at the event start time 😅

This year we had bags & bags of prepped balloons, a 20ft truck and 3 helpers ✨ 😂

I look forward to this event not only to fully unleash all the amazing fun foil balloons but also because it’s always to welcoming, exciting & encouraging 💜

I’ll be spiraling thinking about how to top this next year 🤩😅🌈🏳️‍🌈✨

How do you guys feel about these paper garlands?? They are definitely not cheaper than balloons, they take so much time to prep and arrange where you need them to go. Unlike balloons you can easily adjust things on the fly ✈️ These were meant to hang on the pipe and drape but while setting up we had to adjust and came up with this 😍 What do you think? #papergarland #partydecorations #garlands
