If cancelled within 4 weeks full forfeit of rental CANCELLATION: Party agrees that if it cancels this Agreement for any reason, the Hall will suffer damages. The closer in time the cancellation occurs, the greater the damages will be. Therefore, Party agrees to pay The Hall at the time of cancellation a liquidated damages fee, as follows:

No hanging anything on ceiling
Building must be cleared the night of the event
All Food Items must be removed from premises night of rental
Security must be provided for Large events at renters expense
