Made this “Royal” Mardi Gras board for some sweet ladies night last night before their ball! Hit me up if you need some treats, before your next MG Ball!!

Made these delicious sweet potatoe bites. Great by themselves or as a side!
Recipe:
Three sweet potatoes
Whipped feta or block feta/goat cheese
Cranberries/Raisins
Walnuts
Honey
Balsamic Glaze
Parsley

Preheat: 350’
Bake sweet potatoes and cut into rounds (about 5-7 per potato)
Place on buttered baking sheet

Topping:
Chopped walnuts
Chopped cranberries/raisins
Mix 1/2 cup balsamic glaze with 2 Tbls. Honey
Mix with whipped feta or goat cheese or grated feta

Top each potato round with mixture and slightly press into potato round!
Bake for 8-10 minutes until sizzling. Top with parsley and enjoy!

Serve immediately or Keep refrigerated! Take out a few at a time and air fry for 4-6 min! They freeze beautifully!

Valentines Day is such a special day to celebrate the loves in your life! Make your valentines table a reflection of that love! Three different ideas:
1. Add a little bit of whimsy to your table. Bring in a bold color and bold pattern! Maybe add a few photographs to your table for an extra surprise!
2. More traditional table, soft pinks and greens bring this classic table to life!
3. Over the top- show them just how much you love them with your best crystal, reds and pinks, tall centerpiece, lots of candlelight and flowers! Using bright napkins with a flower/heart sash adds that over the top, beautifully thought out touch!

Had the best time setting up this “Apres’ Christmas Shopping” treat for the sweetest and funniest sisters! Every year they take a weekend and meet in Lafayette to do their Christmas shopping! This year the Lafayette sister asked me to set up and Apres’ Shopping charcuterie and wine bar to end their day! Know these 4 sisters enjoyed their day shopping and so happy they get to enjoy the evening in their PJ’s with a glass of wine and these yummy treats!

*Note how adding a few sprigs of Rosemary and/or mint can finish off a charcuterie board! Savory and sweet snacks always makes for a complete board!
