Today I am greatful for the lifted spirits of Nicole at . To meet her is to have an angel walk into the room. She truly beams up with her infectious smile ! Not only is Nicole super nice, funny, easy to chat with - she is extremely talented ! I really didn't know much about the balloon world until I stated seeing her work . Shout out to Meghan at - she introduced us ! She is a true visionary and craftswoman. Her ideas come to life in such a whimsical way and I always love to see what's she's working on next. If your looking for some decor to transform your event, reach out to her. Her ideas will blow your mind and your event will literally be lifted to another level. Today I am grateful for the one and only . I do love this magical place more than any other venue in the world. I can say that because I was lucky enough to have my own wedding there in 2013! I have seen John and Rafael literally build this place from the ground up with their own hands. I couldn't be more humbled to be their friend and to watch their well deserved success. They have an in house culinary team who's food and presentation knock my socks off. They are the ipitomy of farm to fork as they grow many of the items you will taste from their own garden ! They continue to support local small businesses and farms and you can tell this is paramount for them. I am forever grateful for the true magic of park winters and their fearless leaders .galiano

Today I am greatful for . I cant say enough about the L-O-V-E I have for this place. Because this is not a place, its not a grocery store, it is a COMMUNITY. You all know I believe in supporting small business but Diablo Foods takes it to the next level. Their entire mantra is helping this community, being the community and spreading kindness. I first met the owners when I brought Urban to Lafayette from San Francisco. I didn't know how much this little place would change me. Over the last 8 years I have been fortunate enough to shop their multiple times a week. Everyone from the managers, butchers, deli, bakery, cheese, floral and wine department has been there to help. Whether I was scrambling in a situation or on a normal day- they are all there to help, be kind and share a smile. Thank you Diablo Foods for exemplifying what a true small business should strive to become and maintain after all these years. I love you ! ❤️

Happy Friday ! Today I am great full for Anne . This beautiful arrangement is from one of my go to florists. Funny enough I don't remember how we met or how long it's been - close to 8 years seems right. I remember hearing about her magical barn setup in Walnut Creek and hoping I could visit one day. Turns out we are neighbors and live about 5 minutes away! Now, I go over just to chat with her in the backyard and sometimes have a glass of wine :) . She even hired us to cater her daughters baby shower which was so special!! Always been a joy to work with and her creative and artistic ability will always amaze me ! Thank you Anne for delivering at 5am when I need it, answering all my questions and for just being you !! If you're looking for an awesome florist for any reason I would give her a call. Cheers !

Every time I see wine country I just fall in love. This was taken in Napa county a few years ago. To be honest I’m truly in love with all of Northern California. Counting down the days for weddings and events to come back full circle. The laughter and clinks of champagne flutes is always some of my favorite sounds . What’s yours ??!
