About Us
Confluence is a shared office community offering flexible workspace, meeting space, and value-add services for local professionals. Members and day-users work, meet, and connect in the heart of a revitalized district with quick access to the best coffee shops and restaurants in downtown Lafayette.The community features business owners, freelancers, and remote employees representing a range of professions. The space features ~7,700 square feet of private, semi-private, and open office as well as a conference room, lounge, and a kitchen.
We are a private sector leader for environmental sustainability in Boulder County. Through action, advocacy, and community engagement, we are a firm and positive influence on our business peers and among our own members. Confluence was Gold-certified in 2016 through the Lafayette Green Business program, works closely with Boulder County Partners for a Clean Environment (PACE), and represents the local business interest on the city’s Energy Sustainability Advisory Committee. Our new location boasts multiple solar arrays, a wind turbine, and cutting edge hybrid hot water technology, which fits in perfectly with our green values.
