to an exotic wonderland of Coastal Fusion. The menu features Asian Fusion cuisine, highlighted with ingredients from Thailand, Vietnam, China, Korea, and Japan. From delectable fish fresh from the sea, to savory and enticing beef, chicken and vegetable dishes, STARFISH has something to excite every palate. Delightfully unpredictable, the menu will pleasure your palate with tastes of Ginger, Lemon Grass, Thai Basil, Jasmine, Daikon, Thai curries and soy sauces. Summer rolls, pho, udon noodles, coconut rice, wok sauté, ribs and other chef's expressions of American renditions of classic Asian cuisine will be served. Equally as enticing as the menu is the ambience. STARFISH is destined to enchant with exciting contrasts of deep, vivid colors of the sea with those of radiant sunset skies. Tufted banquettes in luminous soft turquoise sensuously welcome guests, while sultry black lacquered tables and chairs complement the lush decor. The elegant, horseshoe-shaped STARFISH bar further welcomes you as it takes center stage. Muddled libations flavored with tarragon, ginger, coconut, lemongrass and mango will be prepared as you observe. Meet Alexis Stavropoulos- our January Star of the Month!
✨ Server at Starfish for almost 11 years, with 16 years of experience working alongside Archie! ✨

Did you know Alexis has been to all the continents and visited 81 countries? Her love for adventure is matched only by her passion for hospitality. During her pregnancy, she practically lived off pineapple juice and Miso Salmon salads—her Starfish favorite!

After a busy night, she decompresses by setting up the restaurant for the next day, ensuring her team walks into a clean, stocked space. At home, it’s all about a good book and a cup of hot tea. If she had to describe Starfish’s culture in three words, she’d say: “high vibrational community”

What motivates her? People. Alexis loves celebrating guests, supporting her coworkers, and creating connections beyond just taking an order. Her job’s theme song? Smooth Operator. (How fitting!)

Alexis’s Mantra: “Undeniable Reliable Debauchery”—a perfect reflection of her balance between hard work and unapologetic fun.

“Archie and Gretchen have helped me live my best life by providing me a job I truly love. Without them, most of my travels wouldn’t have happened. We’ve worked together through marriage, pregnancy, loss, and wins. That’s what life is about—ride-or-die people who inspire you to be your best.”
