We realized that customers want fresh, uncomplicated foods, made from scratch. We listen to the requests of our clients closely so we can create a menu that fits each event. Although we do have a sample catering package; almost ever

y menu is personalized in order to create a unique experience. Since each dish is made fresh for your event only; the sky is the limit. We are very happy to please your palate and budget.

Fun ladies bunco dinner & game night. Crisp arugula, goat cheese and roasted beet salad, Seared salmon medallion, farro and lentil salad, roasted carrots. Dessert was a delicious apple crisp with vanilla bean ice cream and fresh strawberries.

It's a new year and Chef Kora is hard at work! Rolling fresh spring rolls with peanut sauce, enoki mushrooms, avocado, mango and all the fresh herbs you can find. So yummy:-) Homemade celery root and leek soup drizzled with truffle oil sprinkled with a pinch of lemon zest. Crispy crab tartlets. Beautiful chocolate ganache cones topped with fresh whipped cream & raspberry. Fun cocktail party in beautiful Newport Beach.

Stunning location for an elegant Christmas fundraising event for St Mary's. Butter lettuce salad followed by beef tenderloin, Cabernet reduction, farro risotto, roasted purple cauliflower. Dessert Trio: chocolate ganache with fresh raspberry puree, lemon curd, petite bread pudding.

Always a fabulous time at Miss Judy's annual Mashed Potato Martini Bar and Christmas tree decorating event. Choice of regular or sweet potato mash, topped with braised short rib or shrimp in a creamy Pernod sauce. A variety of toppings including feta, fresh Chive, sauteed mushrooms, caramelized onions and our famous chimichurri. #

Some highlights from opening night at the French film festival at the DGA in Los Angeles. Champagne and wine were flowing all night. Delicious hors d'oeuvres served by amazing local chefs. Hundreds of people in attendance even a few celebrity sightings. What a fabulous night!

Last night's murder mystery dinner party. Who doesn't love a good themed party with delicious food!Starters such as petite potatoes, creme fresh and caviar. Followed by roasted tomato soup, crisp green salad, filet mignon, wine reduction, golden fingerling potatoes, sauteed green beans with fennel.

What a fantastic evening at the Barclay. Dinner and private concert by jazz and beyond orchestra. Carved to order beef tenderloin, perfectly seared salmon, fresh green beans, celery root mashed potatoes, mixed green salad and warm rolls.

The dynamic duo does it again. Fundraising event in Laguna Beach. Serving some of our favorite hors d'oeuvres... Ahi Poke in a wonton cup, fresh seaweed. Lamb lollipops, minted yogurt, edible flowers. Just to mention a few. Attendees enjoyed sipping cocktails, Aperol Spritz and a variety of wines.

Love is in the air! Another fabulous Bridal shower in beautiful Newport Beach.
Specialty of the day are homemade gluten-free vegetable quiche.( we heard it was the best they've ever had ;) beautiful butter lettuce salad, tray passed hors d'oeuvres, mini pastries, love cake for dessert :)

Wedding shower with light bites. Crisp butter lettuce salad with all the trimmings including edible flowers. Cucumber and herb cheese, sun-dried tomatoes pesto with fresh greens, smoked turkey and Brie tea sandwiches. Chocolate mousse, lemon meringue tartletts and a beautiful cake for dessert.

Porsche Manufaktur event at Porsche South Bay

We catered another stellar event at Porsche South Bay to celebrate their Manufaktur status; one of only 20 Porsche dealerships in the country!

First time in the history of our company we co-produced an interactive movie during our client's Holiday party. Guests were invited to recite famous movie lines, the winners took home an Oscar. Just a little sneak preview before the final cut! Enjoy!
