Rob here following up on the many inquiries as to our status:
To start with we will be closed through April 19t. Yesterday's mandatory state-wide stay-at-home mandate from Governor Newsom legally closed our doors until then, and perhaps even further down the road. Don't worry, though - we're not going anywhere! Those of you who know me know that I'm way too stubborn to let something like this shut us down permanently.
ALL GERMS are a huge concern here at Stage One and always have been. Our bathroom sink, soap, and towel dispensers have been touch-free for years now and we have always disinfected our microphone baskets (grilles) after every rehearsal. In light of our current situation we will be stepping up our efforts even more with full microphone, mixing board, and door handle wipe-downs after every rehearsal from here on out.
At this point we are planning on re-opening our doors on Monday, April 20. We are looking forward to serving you again and are currently accepting bookings for 4/20 (appropriate) onward. You can schedule your rehearsal online at the following link; please do not schedule a rehearsal for a date prior to 4/20 as we will not be able to honor it:
