✨What do your day-to-day tasks consist of?
My day-to-day tasks consist of passing out keys and radios, managing the lost & found, and writing reports as needed. I also help to implement ways to keep everyone safe, just to name a few.

✨ What is your favorite part of your role?
As a Supervisor, our guests' and associates’ safety is at the top of my list! With patrolling and observation, I am able to help deter any unsafe events.

✨ What are you most proud of in your career here so far?
Being a part of Mr. Rosen's dream and interacting with our guests from different countries by helping them to feel at home while visiting us. I am also proud to help train and motivate the staff as they carry out their daily duties.

✨What does the importance of your role mean to you?
It means that I am a part of a team that is working together to serve our guests. I help to make sure our beautiful property is clean and safe, as well as the rooms and our surroundings. I am a part of the eyes and ears of the company!

✨What is your favorite way to interact with guests?
By using my contagious smile to make them feel welcome, help them with directions to the rooms, and greet them in the lobby areas.

✨What recommendations do you give guests for local attractions? Working close to Disney World, I would have to tell them about the four beautiful parks and some of their attractions to see!
