We are planning to host a Thanksgiving dinner for those who are less fortunate, including the homeless, individuals facing financial hardships, and anyone in need of a warm meal and a sense of community during this holiday season. Our goal is to create an atmosphere of hope, comfort, and joy by offering a lovingly prepared meal and a space to feel welcomed and supported.

To bring this vision to life, we are seeking generous donations to help cover the costs of meal essentials, such as turkey, stuffing, vegetables, and desserts, as well as paper goods and other necessary supplies.

We’d love to partner with a party planner who can donate balloons, table decor, and LED letters.

Also a church or community building to donate the space.

Your contribution, no matter the size, would play a crucial role in making this Thanksgiving dinner a memorable and heartwarming experience for those who need it most.

Too grown for a baby plate 😌

Sweet Potato Burger Bowl 😉 (I didn’t have a bowl big enough 🤣)

FULL RECIPE INGREDIENTS
- olive oil
- 1 lb grass fed ground beef
- 2 large sweet potatoes
- Seasonings: Himalayan Salt, cayenne pepper, garlic powder, onion powder and smoked paprika.

Toppings:
- Shredded lettuce
- Diced tomatoes
- Diced red onion
- Diced pickles if you want
-Siracha
-Avocado Ranch

DIRECTIONS
1. Remove the skin and dice the sweet potatoes. Add to a large bowl, drizzle in some olive oil and season with the list of seasonings above. Mix to combine. Place in the oven at 400 degrees for 15-20 minutes or until soft on the inside and crispy on the outside.

2. Prepare all of your toppings and set aside.

3. Add the ground beef to a large greased skillet over medium-high heat. Break it up then season it with the list of seasonings above. Let cook for 6-8 minutes. Mix every few minutes until done to your liking.
5. Assemble your bowl & ENJOY!

Thank you to the crew of men, who booked our catering services for their luncheon. Their original restaurant choice backed out on them and we came to the rescue. Beyond grateful to God, we customized a menu for them within their budget.
