Potatoes are in season and this is the perfect side dish! Here’s a favorite of ours using our homemade ranch dressing mix from @denmarkacres General Store (link in bio👆).
If you’re local you can come purchase off our Farmstand Tomorrow Feb. 14 from 3 pm -6pm!
You can use any ranch mix but ours has Pure wholesome ingredients and ZERO PRESERVATIVES!
Directions:
1. Boil small potatoes, or red potatoes with skin on until fork tender.
2. Add in 4 Tablespoons of Grass fed salted butter.
3. Sprinkle@im one packet of @denmarkacres RANCH MIX and stir til potatoes are completely coated.
4. Add extra salt to taste and serve topped with sour cream.

Come out today to our Farmstand/Bakery Cart at the @denmarkacres gate and pick up some of our Old-fashioned homemade pancake mix to make this weekend . It’s homemade without preservatives and cooks up nice and fluffy. Just add eggs and milk (vanilla extract optional but recommended).
The Farmstand will be out today from 2pm-5pm and it will be first come first serve. We have limited quantities of items so get here early!
