Forty beautiful crosses, to be worn by the Holy Spirit Choir during Lent, recently were blessed by the Rev. Luke Back. The crosses, hand made by two members of the choir, were modeled on The Golden Section - a mathematical ratio that renaissance artists used to create beauty and balance.

Pencil in Saturday, May 10 for the CHS Low Country Boil & BBQ, benefiting Mission and Outreach.

Cocktails begin at 5:30 PM, with live bluegrass music from Sunnyside Up, followed by an incredible Low Country boil feast prepared by Chef Todd Stoner. This year, we are also thrilled to welcome Chef Grant Basiliere, a two-time World Series of BBQ Champion, who will add his exceptional BBQ to the menu.

This special evening is about more than great food and music—it’s an opportunity to support our Mission and Outreach ministry partners. Every dollar raised from ticket sales, the paddle raise, and the live auction will benefit those in need in Lake County and beyond.
