The Episcopal diocese of Chicago in-person portion of the annual convention included worship, led by Bishop Paula Clark, an in-depth update on the Strategic Planning Process, lunch and fellowship, and the consideration and voting on resolutions proposed to the convention.

Parishioners mixed and mingled at a recent Evensong reception. Through hymns, scripture, readings, and prayer, this service offers a space for spiritual renewal and connection.

Children's Chapel is offered each Sunday morning upstairs in our very special worship space designed just for kids. We start the morning coloring a mural as we wait for our friends to arrive and then we process into the Chapel ringing bells and singing an anthem. The children are privileged to have clergy with us each week to share God's Word and then we join our families down in the sanctuary. Chapel is led by Debbie Stockert, Janey Paglini and Brooke Tolhurst. What a special blessing. 'sWorship 'sMinistries.

Confirmation weekend! We spent Saturday making meal packages at Feed My Starving Children in Libertyville. It was so impactful! And on Sunday, Jay Wittmeyer, Executive Director of the 
 Lombard Mennonite Peace Center, was our guest speaker. He encouraged us to find our voice and speak the truth in love.
