We are so heartbroken to have to inform you that The Vintage Venue will no longer be opening. We signed a lease on property located at 207 That Way A-3 in Lake jackson last May. We went to all of the required meetings and successfully had the area rezoned so we would be able to open up our venue but unfortunately the owner has terminated our lease and said we are no longer able to lease proposed spot. We are so very sorry since so many of you had already reached out to inquire about booking us. This is COMPLETELY out of our control apparently. We have worked so hard to be able to open and it’s truly terrible that we are no longer being allowed to do so at our leased location. Thank you for all the positive messages and inquires we have received.

BIG NEWS! We are one step closer!! The meetings throughout the approval process have been once a month so I apologize for the lack of news but we have gotten approval from the council, planning, and had our public hearing last night! Yay!!! We have 2 more meetings and then we are good to go!

We are not allowed to start construction until final approval is given but we are hoping to be open before the Christmas holiday so if you’re looking for a place to host your Christmas party… stay tuned!!

Just purchased this lovely addition for my photography peeps!

A little update, next month we have the public hearing step of the approval process. We are moving along slowly but surely!

Another mark up by ! There will be more tables, a space for a dance floor, and lots of decorations but it sure puts things in a better perspective 😍

Hey y’all!!! I just wanted to give you guys an update! Sorry I haven’t posted much. We came across a zoning hiccup during our opening process. I presented my information to the city council this week and it went great! Next up is the planning committee! We are slowly moving but moving forward! This does push back our opening quite a bit as this approval process is lengthy BUT it will all be worth it! And don’t the right/legal way.

We are planning to be open for late fall and Christmas events and photography sessions!

We cannot wait to serve our community and will keep you guys updated along the way!

M.I.A. 👋🏼 hey y’all! Sorry I haven’t been posting much. My family and I are still in Canada at the moment for some us time! We will be back Friday and I have a meeting with the city next week, in the process of getting our liquor license for events, and patiently waiting for the ball to finish rolling ☺️ once the process speeds up; I’ll be sharing so much more of it with everyone! Thanks for taking the journey with me and I cannot wait to serve you soon!!!

What can you expect our venue to look like? Well, since we are a fully decorated venue that means we want to appeal to the majority of everyone!
You will see a lot of greenery, whites, and cream colors. Neutral and glass will be our theme decor and your specific colors can be an added pop for your special occasion. Coming soon!

Our 3000 sq ft building will have an open floor plan and bridal suite! Fully decorated for your next corporate event, wedding, shower, party, and so much more! The venue is owned by Brandi Victoria with Grayceful Images and is exactly what our area needs!
