We have exciting news to share!📣 The Veranda Restaurant at Lake Lure Inn & Spa will reopen Friday, August 16th with a brand new menu. Chef Bryann Sandoval’s dishes are inspired by his journey as a chef, from the multicultural food scene in Miami to the rich farm to table culture in Asheville. Each dish is a reflection of the diverse flavor and techniques he’s encountered along the way, combined with a deep respect for local ingredients. His goal is to offer something new and exciting while staying true to the roots of each dish. Dinner service hours are Wednesday through Sunday 4-8pm.
