The Lake Mary Police Department in cooperation with the Seniors Intervention Group and Target will be having a "National Night Out' event at Central Park in Lake Mary on Tuesday, August 6th from 6 - 9 pm. There will be live music, giveaways, food trucks, games, and more! Defensive Tactics Solutions will be conducting a live self defense demonstration.

My group, Alliance 2 End Stalking and the Victim Service Center will have a booth there! Stop by and see us and learn more about stalking and victim services!

Lake Mary Relay for Life upcoming Events!!!

We have some amazing fundraisers coming up this month. The first event is this Friday, March 15th at AAA. They will be hosting a Dessert Food Truck event from 11 AM - 2 PM in their Crescent Lot (west side of the building). The event will benefit the AAA Team. The three food trucks will be Sweet City Gelato, Popcorn Fix and Stay Calm Cupcakes! Please come out to support your fellow Relayers!

The next event will be our Annual Wine Tasting Fundraiser at Cork & Olive. This fun event will be on Friday, March 22nd 6 - 8 PM at the Sun Drive location of Cork & Olive. The tickets are $25 in advance and $30 at the door. If your team is interested in selling tickets as a fundraiser please contact our Fundraising Chair, [email protected] or 407-790-1675. You could earn $15 per ticket for your team! You can also pick up tickets from our Event Chair, Lisa Starr at the Lake Mary Municipal Services Complex, [email protected].

About a year ago I met with Stella of Lake Mary Art Studio about starting a Lake Mary Artists Association to bring more arts and culture to our community.
I am very proud to say that together with other artists our goal has been accomplished!!!
Today, on the birthday of Michelangelo, and with much thanks to Stella, Robert Sassi and many others Lake Mary now has our very own Artists Association!!
Congratulations Stella, Robert and everyone who helped!!

Sunday July 22nd is the final day of Tour de France, the most famous bicycle race in the world

To celebrate the end of this magnificent sporting event and superb human achievement, The Olde Towne Cyclery and Pierre’s Wine Cellar are sponsoring the 1st Annual Tour of Lake Mary:

Date: Sunday July 22nd, 2012 - 3:00 pm to 5 pm

Departure: Central Park on the pavers across from The Olde Towne Cyclery and the new restaurant building up. The route will travel down Lakeview Avenue through the tree lined streets around Crystal Lake

Spirit: This is a fun family non-competitive ride in the back roads of Downtown Lake Mary. There will be music and games to play. A yoga demonstration may be provided by our friends at Guruv. Bring a blanket for lunch in the park.
