At 6:15 feel free to come and socialize or if you are a beginner learn a basic step or 2 that you can then practice. Someone will always be there to give you any assistance if you would like.

At 7 PM we will put on songs you can dance to focusing on swing but including rumba, cha cha, river waltz/waltz, & night club two step.
There is no cost to be in the club, just a desire to dance, have fun, meet nice people and maybe learn a new dance step.

At the last class, we focused on Imperial Swing, which originated at the Imperial Club in St. Louis. It is a blend of East Coast Swing with slotted triple step, blended with the smooth foot styling from the West Coast Swing. It is probably one of the best dances for when you want to dance to a contemporary band. We will help beginners with some of the basic steps for 15 or so minutes, and then we will put on some tunes to dance to. Taking time to steal a new move from fellow dancers.
