Friends of the Parks are truly the best kind of friends!
A huge shoutout to the incredible team from Veolia, who showed up ready to work—with gloves on and smiles wide. They shoveled, hauled, tossed, and raked tons of mulch, transforming the space with energy and care.

After a well-earned break (and some delicious pizza from BellaBoo's Children's Play & Discovery Center 🍕), the crew jumped back in and tackled the weeds in the Imagination Garden—leaving it looking better than ever.

Our parks are thriving thanks to dedicated partners like Veolia. We’re so grateful for your hard work, heart, and commitment to our community spaces.

Let’s Talk Parks-Your Voice Shapes the Future of Lake County Parks!

Lake County Parks is kicking off our community outreach project designed to gather valuable feedback! We want to hear from residents and visitors like YOU as we plan for the future of our incredible parks.

This exciting initiative is partially funded by the generous Legacy Foundation Transform Lake County grant, and we're so grateful for their support! This grant will enable us to reach thousands more residents and visitors, ensuring everyone has a say.

Over the next few months, you'll spot our park staff or survey stations throughout Lake County, ready to for your thoughts and ideas!
Here's how you can share your voice:

• Community Conversations (Dates/Times TBD): Join us for dedicated discussions where you can engage directly with our team. Keep an eye on our website and social media for upcoming dates and locations!

• Park Pop-Ups: Can't make a formal conversation? No problem! We'll be "popping up" at various park sites and other locations across Lake County. Look for our survey stations or friendly staff to take the survey.
