Friends - it’s time to officially announce, I will be shifting my focus from portrait photography to stock photography and no longer offering portrait services going forward.

Can you believe it’s been 10 YEARS since I started this photography biz? I have captured the milestones of life with you all and watched your families and children grow up. To say it’s been a privilege is an understatement. I’ve loved dancing around behind my camera to try and get genuine smiles, getting teary as a father see’s his daughter-bride for the first time, and swaddling your newborn babies in their first few days of life. Thank you THANK YOU for your support this past decade and choosing JENLYNN to photograph you and your people.

So what's next?

Over the last 2 years I’ve been growing a stock/mockup photography business called and in the last year it has really taken off. It’s been exciting to see how my portrait skills and new mockup skills are colliding to create this super unique niche of digital products for clients. Thank you for the gift it's been to support my family as a stay-at-home-mom and contribute financially through this creative outlet. I'm forever grateful and I could hug each and every one of you. For now, it’s not goodbye - it’s see you later 😉

I’m clearly the worst at managing two gram accounts because I haven’t posted here since Christmas! Yikes. I’ve been a busy bee and have lots of sessions that just don’t make it to any sort of media platform because .

BUT, baby Harper was just begging to be shared - so enjoy this sleepy slumbered babe at just 7 days old. 😍

More from this sweet wedding earlier this fall. The train station was the perfect blank backdrop-and provided shelter from the 20 minute rain shower 😬. ! She rolled with it and had beautiful images to show for it.

Have you heard of our newest venture? I recently started JenLynn Stock Shop which creates stock photography images for fellow creators (photographers, artists, graphic designers, illustrators etc) like myself to use for displaying their art. For those who aren't submerged in the digital world of online marketing, this can be confusing. So here's a great example. Have you ever wanted a visually appealing way to display your artwork, than simply posting the photo? With this set of frame mockups, you can transpose YOUR work onto these frames, and show potential clients how your work can look in their home.

And I'm PUMPED about it. I love the idea of not just admiring at other peoples artwork, but showcasing artwork in a way that is authentic, stirs emotion, and gives a "framework" with which to draw in future clients. Can you tell I'm excited?! Well I am.

Wow. Phew you guys. Today was a doozie. A newborn session this morning (with a squishy baby Conner), a funeral for the dearest doctor I've ever known, a bed ridden husband from a neck injury, a call to mom to come rescue all the falling apart pieces of my life, and a photography event in Tampa. Some days are typical, today was not one of them. Tomorrow is a new day!
