Dear ECS Family, Friends and Supporters
It is with mixed emotions that we announce our cherished Chef, EJ, will be relocating to Central Florida. Over the past nearly four years, since his first interview with us at Catapult, EJ has been an integral part of our ECS family.
Throughout his tenure, EJ has led the culinary production for over 350 events, delighting countless guests and providing numerous private chef experiences. He has driven thousands of miles and dedicated countless hours to his craft. Together, we've navigated challenges, celebrated victories, and shared countless moments of laughter and camaraderie.
EJ's leadership has been a cornerstone of our success, guiding a staff of up to 30 people and contributing significantly to our growth over the past seven years. His passion, dedication, and resilience have been inspiring, and his presence will be greatly missed.
As EJ embarks on this new chapter, we are thrilled to congratulate him on his engagement. While we will miss him dearly, we know that God has a plan for all of us, and we know he'll be no stranger to us after he's gone. Don't you worry, Florida! Nothing stops. He has prepared our culinary team well, and we are still fulfilling events daily.
Please join us in wishing EJ all the best in his future endeavors. There are no bridges burned or feelings of regret, as we remain a family united by this incredible business relationship. We love and appreciate you, EJ!
