Well, the big bacon day is almost upon us! Kelseyville's 6th Annual Lake County Beer, Wine & Swine Baconfest 2024 is this Sunday, June 16th, Father's Day! Whoop!
To clarify some questions that have been messaged to our page, there is NO entry fee for Baconfest. You can come and enjoy the music, the vendors, the magician, and the kids' area at no cost to you. However, if you want to partake in the food from the chef competition, you must have food tickets. They do NOT accept cash for their food. We sold out on Eventbrite and at Kelseyville Lumber but we will have several hundred ticket packets available at the event, first come, first get. And, we cannot guarantee what food will be left after 2pm so we will discontinue ticket sales at that time.
For those of you who do not want to buy food tickets or partake in the bacon goodness, Pogo's Pizza will be selling pizza by the slice in their courtyard, Studebakers Coffee Shop and Deli will be open with delicious sandwiches & salads, John’s Market and Deli will also be open with lots of yummy food available inside as well as their well-known and wonderful BBQ going on outside. The Saw Shop Public House will also be open with their wonderful menu!
Also, we have some 'craft' food-type food vendors including Exoticsbytheguy (if you haven't seen what he sells, you gotta check it out!), The Jam Lady, Famous Amens selling hand-crafted seasonings, Edenberry Farm with jams, jellies, vinegar, fresh berries, Bobalicious Tea, Mother Lovin’ From the Oven/My Heavenly Delights selling wonderful baked goods, Island Fire Concessions will be selling Hawaiian shave ice, cotton candy, and frozen lemonade, Villa's Snowcones will have snow cones, corn on the cob, bottled water, sodas, flavored water, and duros, Frost Bites will have corn, fruit cups, snow cones, chips and sodas, and Rock N' Rolled Ice Cream will be serving up their delicious rolled ice-cream!
