The Tumbleweed Riding Club is Lakeside's longest active venue for horsemen of all ages and ability. We are a non-profit organization
dedicated to providing a fun and affordable platform for each and every competitor to learn or advance their or their horses skills in a
friendly show environment. All board members are volunteers and we welcome everyone to be a part of the club, either as a board me

or volunteer worker. Tumbleweed is an open show circuit for horses of all breeds. We offer a variety of classes for youth, amateur, and
professional horsemen. We have a year-end awards program which acknowledges the accomplishments of the previous show season at our annual awards banquet.

We are requesting donations for our silent auction at our awards banquet on 1/26. If you or someone you know is able to donate retail products and/or services, i.e., gift cards from retailers, restaurants, health vendors, professional services, hand crafted items, etc. it would be greatly appreciated! Personally donated items in new or like new condition are also welcome.

Donations should be dropped off at Kathy Bast's office at Wells Ranch at 13220 Willow Road, Lakeside. Donations should be turned in no later than January 24, 2025.

Due to the excessive heat forecasted for this weekend, TWRC has made the decision to cancel our September 8 open show. We will be changing the requirement to qualify to: You must have shown 2 of the 3 shows. If you have not completed your work hours, you must pay the $100 fee via check or Venmo no later than September 16 to qualify for your awards. Any questions about the work hours or the open show changes can be-sent to [email protected]

The Sept 8th Open show pre entry is now available.

Also we will be having 2 BUCKLE CLASSES!!! One will be Youth/Amateur Country Pleasure, and the other will be Open Country Pleasure! These are classes 23 and 23a, and can be shown English or Western!

This is also your last chance to pay for work hours to qualify for year end!
