Imagine what your city, town, or neighborhood would look like without small businesses. No flower shop on the corner; no neighborhood tea or coffee shop; no craft fair or artisan market; no food or fashion truck; no home childcare; no salon, dance studio, gallery, used book store, bakery, or dive bar; no independent consultant or service. Kind of bleak, huh? What would be there to replace small business? More of the same - more big box shops, more mediocre chain restaurants, more services that require you dial an 800 number and hold for half an hour before you're routed to the wrong department. More gold in a billionaire's pocket.

Why do we value small businesses? Because they value us. Because they give us something different: they give us their vision, their knowledge, their effort, their attention, and because they do the best they can to give us what we want despite being up against all odds.

During this two-hour workshop, you will prepare:
🔺 A Box of Chocolate Truffles (mmm, decadent);
