First and foremost, The Lakewood Lions Club wanted to thank everyone for there many years of support! It has been a joy to serve the community.

At the end of the year, the Lakewood Lions Club has officially dissolved. The faire has officially transferred ownership over to the Legends of Lore LLC. All updates moving forward will be posted here: https://www.facebook.com/legendsoflorellc

The Lakewood Renaissance Fare will continue, and we are looking forward to making it the best it can be moving forward! Looking forward to seeing everyone on the new page!

Good morning to all you lovely nobles! It is the day before the faire, and we couldn't be more excited! And, we are also excited to present to all of you more performers! We have three great acts to introduce here: We have Aerial Inferno featuring Nickita Dee! Also returning we have Needlez the Dragonborn, and closing out our faire is Jack Morrowin!

To begin, introducing for the first time at our faire, Areal Inferno featuring Nickita Dee! This charismatic group of performers will dazzle you with a beautiful aerial dance and sizzling fire performances. They are known to have fun, spread joy and collect smiles! And once you see these performers in action, there will be no shortage of smiles, as well as those that will need to pick their jaws up from upon the ground! This is their debut at our faire, and we are thrilled to have them join us!

Returning again is Needlez the Dragonborn! Ever wonder what would happen if the Dragonborn were real? People who have the blood of dragons flowing through their veins? Well wonder no longer! Get ready to feel the heat as this master of fire bends the flames to his will!

Finally, we bring to you Jack Morrowin! This man has been the MC of the faire for the past few years, and closes it out with a magic show you won't soon forget! A blend of magic and comedy, this interactive performance has been delighting hundreds of our guests over the years.

Good morning nobles! It is time to let the music move you! Once again, we have three wonderful acts to tell you about, all returning performers who we absolutely love having at our faire!

We have Fatin and Friends Belly dancers! They have been performing at the Lakewood faire for many years, and are a true delight to behold! These women are ready to demonstrate the art of belly dancing and, maybe, even get the audience involved!

We also present SharqiDance! Led by Yame, this troupe has been wowing the guests with their style of dance for many years as well. This year, get ready to feel the rhythm with them a they also form a drum circle, adding a live percussion touch to their performance.

And last, but certainly not least, the Fitzgerald School of Irish dance! This talented group of girls has been bringing a bit of the "luck of the Irish" for many years, and this year is no different. Each and every girl has been practicing hard, and is ready to show everyone what Irish step dancing is all about! This group will be there Sunday only, so make sure to not miss out!

Good morning Nobles! We have not one, not two, but THREE performers to share with you this fine day! A master of verse, a a story brought to life with magic, and group of knights with a tale to tell! We are talking of course about the return of Edmund A Wandering Poet, Sylvan FareLight the storytelling magician, and the Knights of Avalon!

Edmund A Wandering Poet is able to recite poems on virtually any subject, and delights in speaking with our guests and lifting their spirits, touching their hearts, and maybe even inspiring all those who give him but a few minutes to listen. He is also debuting a new show, A Heart to Heart with A Wandering Poet, right on the main stage!

Sylvan FareLight, who joined us for the first time last year, brought delightful stories alive with his magic! Audience members even got to participate and become part of the story themselves! An amazing weaving of humor, illusion, and the telling of tales!

And last, but certainly not least, the Knights of Avalon! This group brings with them a whimsical tale that has a little action and a little comedy, and bring a fun fantasy tale for everyone to enjoy. Once the story is complete, the show continues with an interactive demonstration that our young guests can participate in!

Good morning all you glorious nobles! I ask ye, what would a faire be without a touch of fantasy? Well, we have good news! We have TWO fantastic additions to our faire, one returning, and one arriving this year!

We are so pleased to welcome back "Let's Have a Princess Party!" They have been coming to the faire for years, and with them comes Fairy Nobility! They are always a joy to have, and we welcome them back! They definitely add that bit of magical touch that only the Fae could! They will be wandering the fair grounds, looking as magnificent as ever!

We would also like to welcome, for the first time, Mermaid Julianna! She joins us this year and is looking forward to getting to meet and speak with all of our guests! This beautiful mermaid has been excited to join us for this year, and we couldn't be more delighted to have this siren of the sea with us!

Lords and ladies, here we get to welcome back an absolute staple of entertainment for our faire... Pokie-Poke the Jongleur! This man is a complete variety act all wrapped op in one immensely talented performer! He can juggle a wide array of objects including the string top Diablo, gravity sticks, and lit torches! He can perform magic that amuses those watching and fools the senses! He cracks both whips and jokes! This hilarious show is returning this year, and it is definitely one you do NOT want to miss! On Friday, September 8th at 6:30p-7:30p (EST), we will be having Jack Morrowin on The Dani Perro Show! He is the director of the Renaiassance Faire in Pine Park, Lakewood, NJ. He will also be performing some magic tricks as well at the event! The event will be on September 16 and the September 17. We are proud to introduce one of the newer acts this year. Welcoming, for the first time at the Lakewood Renaissance Faire is Raylyn! The youngest performer we have, this violinist is sure to entertain! We are so pleased to have her debut at our faire this year, and look forward to her performance. She will be playing upon the main stage, as well as filling the faire with her music as she strolls the grounds.

To sum everything up, the Lakewood Renaissance Faire is under new direction. We are pleased to announce that Jack Morrowin, the MC of the faire (and performing magician) has taken the reigns! The faire is on, still with the intense jousting from the Knights of Valour, heating things up with Needlz the Dragonborn, living history with the SCA, and much more! Needlez our amazing Fire Breather who does wonders acts with fire that will have you speechless. Jack Morrowin, the talented and comedic magician who amazes the crowd with his magic and at the same time will have you laughing at his hysterically funny jokes.
