Open 11/22/24. This may be the last time that we will be open for a very long time. We will not have pulled pork. Instead we will have pork belly and a pulled/chopped beef option. Loaded macs will still be available with beef.

Brisket, ribs, green chile cheddar sausage, and pulled pork.

Because it’s November, we will have turkey breast available! The turkey is one of my favorite things to make. Be sure to try it out…ask for a sample! 🦃🦃🦃🦃

I will also have pork belly available. Something different, but something new! 🐖

For sides we will have our usual baked beans, potato salad, coleslaw, and macaroni and cheese (loaded macs available)

It’s about time to do another burger day! Got some brisket trimmings ground up this evening. I can proudly say that all our burgers and sausages are made from our own ground beef or pork! We have never purchased any ground meat before and we plan on keeping it that way!
