Hi friends, just checking in!

I wanted to give a HUGE thank you for an amazing start to our 2023 wedding season. Our clients have been amazing to work with and wedding days have been going so smoothly - praise God!

I also wanted to extend gratitude for those who continue to refer Schreiber Coordination Co to newly engaged couples! I pretty much don’t market my business at all except minimally on Instagram so referrals are greatly appreciated!

I also wanted to announce that, although I will be stepping out soon on maternity leave, I will still have access to all emails, texts, and phone calls! My ✨amazing✨ team of coordinators will be handling all other weddings until I come back in September!

This has been such a beautiful season in my life and business, so thank you for being a part of it! So much love for you all!

Hi! I am Kenzi Leigey, a lead coordinator with Schreiber Coordination Co. I have been coordinating weddings off and on for about 6 years and I absolutely love it. I have become so passionate about serving couples on their special day and to know that they have absolutely nothing to worry about and being able to relieve any stress they may have is my favorite part about my job! I’d be honored to work alongside you in making your wedding day as perfect as it should be!

I live in Lititz with my amazing husband, 2 young children, and 1 new blessing due in May! A few things I love: the sunshine, a good white mocha, and being a stay-at-home mom. In my free time you may find me curled up with my kindle, running or working out, listening to a podcast or spending time with my friends.

Hello, I’m Courtney Schreiber! I am the founder and a lead coordinator at Schreiber Coordination Co. Just thought I’d take some time to reintroduce myself! Can you believe it’s been a little over a year since we started this all? Since then we have booked over 30 weddings, and I don’t see us stopping anytime soon! I have been coordinating weddings as an event planner and eventually venue manager since 2017. I have been absolutely loving coordinating weddings as a small business owner! My favorite part is getting to know my clients and taking all of the stress away from them on their special day 🥰 I am always so honored to be a part of such a sacred process.

A little bit about myself: I love outdoor adventures, hanging around a fire, traveling, eating good food, and the beach! One day we plan to have a beach house but I think we’ll be sticking around Lancaster for a long time!

My faith, husband, son, dog and friends are my whole world. And guess what?! My world is getting even bigger! We’re so excited to welcome another sweet baby into our family this July 🥹

Hello! My name is Valerie Koeshartono. I started helping out with Schreiber Coordination in the summer of 2022. I firmly believe weddings can be stress-free if you have the right supports in place! My biggest piece of advice to those getting married would be to take a deep breath and relax! There is so much behind the scenes planning and prepping, but at the end of the day the most important thing is that you and the love of your life are getting married, and getting ready to spend the rest of your lives together! I’m so excited to come alongside people entering into this beautiful union.

I live in East Petersburg, PA with my husband Kevin, our two cats Rosie and Opie, and our bernedoodle Maggie. We got married in October 2020, there was a lot of uncertainty around our wedding due to COVID, but of course it all worked out and it was the best day ever! I am a full-time Social Worker, I graduated in 2020 from Lancaster Bible College with a bachelors in Social Work and a BS in biblical and theological studies. I currently work for a foster care agency in York, PA. I love my job! In my free time you can find me going on long walks with my pup, reading, and spending time with friends and family.

Stephannie & Andrew, thank you so much for having my team be a part of your special day! I mean it when I say I don’t think this day could’ve gone any more flawlessly. Absolutely sweet and lovely. When I say that, I’m not just tooting my own horn! 😂 Bride was organized and kind, everyone was great to work with, vendors were on their a-game, and weather was chef’s kiss. Can’t ask for more as a wedding coordinator!

Tears were shed & hearts were full this weekend 🤍

My hubby and I got to be a part of our friends, Megan and Kail’s wedding and we had SO much fun. Everything from their vows to the way that they looked at each other… love was so undeniably present.

Although I got to take my coordinator hat off for this wedding, I would be a part of it over and over again! Congrats again to these special friends of ours!

Today I toured Rivers Edge in Wrightsville with some lovely clients of mine. Not only was it newly renovated but it has views for days! It truly felt like I was at the beach, not in York County!

One of the coolest, most unique features this venue offers is boat rentals on the day of your wedding! How romantic would this be for you and your wedding guests?! 😍
