I originally contacted Bobbie & Scott to hire a photographer for our wedding, but we also ended up hiring them to do our linens, centerpieces, invitations and they also set up our memory table and candy buffet. These 2 went well beyond our expectations - so much so that our wedding party and guests all commented on how fantastic and professional they were as well as how beautiful everything looked.

I will be the first to admit that I was not the easiest bride - I was not difficult, I just did not have a "vision" on a lot of wedding details and Bobbie went above and beyond to try and figure out what would be best for our wedding based on the minimal information she was able to drag out of me about what we liked and disliked:-) I am a very simple girl who does not require a lot of bells and whistles, and Bobbie did an excellent job of giving me options that were right up my ally. Our centerpieces were beautiful and our candy buffet and memory table were set up perfectly (and all I did was give them a box of stuff to "figure out"). They even had their own special touches to add to both tables which fit in nicely. Bobbie also had pew bows and floral arrangements for the church that we did not have as part of the contract, but it was just one more of the extra special things that were added to our day that did not go unnoticed and are very appreciated.

As photographers they were excellent as well. They came to the church for the rehearsal which I though was great since I have been in several weddings and never saw a photographer at the rehearsal. On our wedding day, Bobbie met the girls and Scott met the guys and they literally stayed with us from before the ceremony until the reception was over. This is also something I had never seen before at a wedding since more photographers are gone after all the important bridal stuff is over.

We did not have a set plan on where to take our pictures so we headed to downtown Cleveland which can be a pretty challenging to get around on a Saturday. Scott & Bobbie just went with the flow and were able to keep up with us as we drove from place to place with no problems and they did it graciously and professionally.

When the reception was over, they helped clean and organize everything, even the stuff they did not have to help with.

I could go on and on about what a pleasure it was to have them for our special day, but it could take several more pages:-)

Bobbie and Scott were absolutely amazing! They did a wonderful job with my twins senior pictures, at a very reasonable price. They were professional and kept the atmosphere cheerful and relaxed. I received high quality photos in a timely manner as well as items I probably would not have gotten with another photographer. At the time, my daughter was beginning to become interested in photography as well. Bobbie and Scott took their own time to talk with her about strategies and tools! Bobbie and Scott were amazing to us from day 1. We met them a year ago in preparation for our wedding. The day we met they offered to take a couple shots and send them to us so we could see their work. They have been so supportive in the year building up to our big day. They constantly asked if we needed anything and stayed in touch with us. On the day of our wedding they stayed with us from early morning through the evening. They didnt let the weather get us down staying positive all day long. They truely wanted the best for our big day as if it were their own. They went above and beyond. I had family members ask for their business card because they were just as impressed! My husband and our families will recommend them to everyone. Never have we met anyone who joined our family as quickly as they did, kept professional, and did an amazing job. Bobbi & Scott are FANTASTIC!
When we met for the first time before our wedding, we felt we had made the right choice at that meeting. Bobbi made us feel very confident and comfortable on hiring her.
On the day of our wedding Bobbi and Scott arrived early to ensure things were just perfect. We had numerous candid shots before the ceremony which we will treasure all our lives. They were both very professional and caught the fun side as well as the serious side of our wedding day. Once the formal ceremony began, we did not even know they were there, but it showed up in the photos after.
We want to thank them for such an excellent job and would highly recommend them for any event. We were also pleasantly surprised for the amount of time and number of photos for such a great price. They are well worth money!!

I give them 5 stars for their service...they were excellent. Have only viewed a sample of the photos so far but what pictures I've seen are great. Would use them again. Price was also very reasonable.

I had a birth photographer back out on me six days before my due date. Bobbie came to the rescue! She worked within the budget I had for the former photographer and even slept in the hospital waiting room when labor took longer than expected! Thanks to her I have images of that special day and I am forever grateful!!

Scott and Bobbie are amazing they went way beyond what i expected. Scott has sent my husband and i a preview of the pictures to make sure we are going love them because they drop them off ( this Sunday ). They not only took pictures/ video they decorated the bar we went to afterwards. Bobbie even helped the bridesmaids and flower girs get ready. Recommending them to all my engaged friends for their upcoming weddings.

A local customer asked me how much I would charge to decorate a venue?
My reply: $1500+ all depends what you want.
Her reply: WOW, just a couple tables, backdrop, balloons, centerpieces, etc? Why so much?
My reply: Well, this estimate also includes for the non productive factors.
She questioned: What is nonproductive factors?"
My reply: Just the usually things like taxes, insurance, paid employees, rentals of materials I do not have, Ironing, washing of materials all linens , U-Haul, and mileage, gas etc.
I asked: How much do you think it should cost?
She responded matter-of-fact: Around $800 at the most... It's just tablecloths, balloons, chair linens, Centerpieces, flowers and a fairly simple job right?
I calmly said: Okay ma'am, for $800 I invite you to do it yourself.
She said: But.... I don't know how to.
I replied: Okay, for $800 I'll teach you. So besides saving you $400, you'll get the knowledge for the next time.
It seemed right to her and she agreed.
I continued: To get started you will need tools, ladders, steamer, backdrop frame kits, back drop curtains, zip ties, heavy clear line, extension cords, air pump, lines desired ,napkins, runners, cake stand , drink dispenser's three to five depending on number of guest, You will need to purchase all plates, silverware, cups and need condiments , rental of U- Haul, etc...
She said: But I don't have all this type of equipment and I can't afford to buy all of these things just for a One time Event.
I offered: Okay then, for an additional $300 I'll rent my equipment to you.
Okay, she says.
Oh yeah, I'm just teaching not helping, so don't forget your staff. U might have to pay them because I do.
She said oh my family will help for free. I paused, ok but I'm not training them, that is extra. $200.00 each. Why so much? Because they gain experience also. Besides, that is a discount, you are paying $800. Oh, ok.
I replied: So on Tuesday I will be available to start teaching you.
She said: But I can't on Tuesday I only have time today.
I said: I'm sorry ma'am, but Tuesday is the only day this week that I will be available to teach and rent you my equipment. The rest of the week is already scheduled for other customers.
She exclaimed frustrated: That means I gotta rearrange my schedule and sacrifice my whole Tuesday?!
I said: That is correct ma'am!
I will also provide you with a list of all the materials you will need to go to the store and shop online and the Balloon Distributer to purchase for this job.
Also, Renting & loading of the U-Haul for your job will take place Tuesday morning around 6am. After the project is complete, all equipment and tools need to be prep, washed and reloaded back onto the U-HAUL and gas and millage before you turn it back in.
She asked in disbelief: At 6am???
Nope! Way too early for me! So much work just to do decorate!
You know what, I've been doing some serious thinking and I've decided that it would be best if you just went ahead and did the job for me. $1500 seems fair now and I'd rather it be done right by true professionals.
The moral of the story for any buyer:
When you hire a professional to do a job, you're not only paying for the labor and material being used. It also includes:
Knowledge
Experience
Tools
Services
Accountability
Professionalism
Accuracy
Guarantee
Sacrifices
Safety and security
No one can denigrate other people's work by judging prices.
Only by knowing all the elements necessary to complete a certain project can you estimate the true cost.

Bobbie and Scott are absolutely incredible. They just did my wedding this past Saturday and since the beginning they have done nothing but gone above and beyond to make sure that the wedding was everything I always wanted it to be. They put their heart and soul into this company and it shows. I have non stop received compliments about how beautiful everything was and it’s all thanks to these two. I now consider them family and I couldn’t be more grateful to have stumbled upon them!
