If you find yourself ordering flowers online this year, MAKE SURE YOU ARE ORDERING FROM A REAL FLORIST!
-Confirm their address
-Check reviews
-Check for a social media presence
-Call them to confirm/place your order

We don’t want you to get caught in the online order gatherer scam! You will be paying up to 50% more and your flowers might not even show up. How do order gatherer sites work? Here’s the breakdown:
1)You order online from their catalog
2)That company harvests your info and collects the payment
3)The order gatherer company calls actual florists, in the recipients area, for them to create the order at a fraction of what you paid
4)IF an actual florist accepts the order (WILLOW & IVY NEVER ACCEPTS THESE ORDERS) You will not get the arrangement you chose worth the money you paid.

The photo below is an actual receipt through an online order gatherer. A real florists will never charge a $25 service fee! 😡😱

*If you’re still not convinced these company’s are a scam, here’s an example that has actually happened here at Willow & Ivy-
These companies go as far as to mask their telephone number with an actual hospital phone number so we take their order! 🤦‍♀️
