I have a tendency to get overwhelmed very easily and I can be hard on myself about it. I went to my altar last night and as I was shuffling, the "self love" card flew out. I didn't even ask anything specific, but my spirits be knowing my heart and they be knowing what I need. I need to be more gentle with myself, and not dwell on my mistakes but let everyday that comes be an opportunity to be a better person. And in the meantime, take the time out to water myself, love on myself, get the rest I deserve, eat the foods I want without guilt and do the things that makes me feel good and do the things that makes me happy, because if my cup aint full, I won't have anything to share with others.

This message was for someone today. I love y'all, and happy Thursday. 🤍
