With everything that has happened over the past few years. From the world being shut down due to Covid, than sadly we lost our dad from cancer. Back in November 2020. Bart DeLuca, went peacefully with his family around him. From there on it’s just been crazy. Basically I (Maria) chose to make the move out of state with my mother. We are in PA. Although, I’m planning on moving back to NYC. God willing in the Summer. I know that we haven’t posted in a long time. I just wanted to say that I hope you all are doing well, healthy and happy. I will post more soon with what’s next for us.

Sadly we lost my dad on Wed morning. We are very heart broken by his passing. My mom has been my dad's love of his life for over 50 years. If you could please find it in your heart to donate to help our mother out it would be a huge blessing. If you can't afford to donate we understand. Hopefully you could re post this it would a blessing

Ok so I just wanted to encourage anyone who is paying for a service and believe that you are being ripped off or being forced into getting into another contract to ask questions! If the provider is not helping you, then report them. Most people just don’t know what to do about it. Well my issues with Verizon finally reached a head after weeks of asking for help from them I finally went ahead and reported them to the Better Business Bureau and the FCC. Reporting them is much easier than you think both can be done online, but if you’re not sure Or not able to get online you can call them. The Better Business Bureau will mail you the forms that you need to fill out. The FCC will actually take your complaint over the phone. The provider is then required to answer the complaint and resolve it within 30 days. So once again consumers don’t be ripped off. You are paying good money for your services. Within 24 hours of reporting them to the FCC I received three phone calls from Verizon. I still am not satisfied with anything they have told me however, a technician is being sent to my house this weekend, free of charge. It is my hope that these issues get resolved.

Verizon FiOS… It is my belief that when you are a customer you should do your best to work with a company. You should not jump the gun and make decisions based on a whim. So I have gone out of my way to get Verizon to help me with all of the issues that I am having with them. Just in the last month I have spoken to multiple people from Verizon about an issue I am having, and it is yet to be resolved. Actually they offered me resolution to the issue, however never carried it out. Just in the last two weeks I have spoken to four different people who have promised me that they were going to correct the problem, and send me new equipment free of charge because of the inconvenience. Today I am told that it was never possible to send me that equipments, and that the issue of connection and speed I would just have to deal with. Which basically is telling me to suck it up. It is my suggestion that no one ever go into a contract with Verizon without looking at the negative reviews, and then thinking about if you can deal with those reviews. Well this is my review Verizon lies and cheats and steals. They lie about the fact that they have the best service and the fastest service, they cheat you by charging you exorbitant amounts of money, and they steal from you because they do not support these service because its a fairytale, so your money that you are spending for great services has been stolen from you Please do not sit back and take this abuse, report them to the Better Business Bureau, and escalated from there. Best of luck to all of you who are looking for the best Internet and cable providers. Please do your research. I am very happy to share my experiences with anybody who wishes to know. As we’re getting closer to the end of summer. I’ve been working hard on some Charity Events for October, November and December. I’m planning on making some of them family friendly.
