Mark your calendars for May 13th at 9am at the RichHill CommunityCenter!

This trail ride is a benefit trail ride for Ricky Rollings who is very near and dear to our hearts. To know Ricky, Marybeth Rollings and Kim, is to love them! Ricky has had some major health problems and we are doing our part in maybe making the load a little lighter.

So y’all load your horses up and come on out for a good trail ride for an even greater cause!

We will have raffles, tshirts and a food truck on site!

We at Horseplay Farms have a challenge to all of our friends, family and followers. We were contacted Friday in regards to these precious babies that were in desperate need of help. There was no way to say no to these two sweet ponies. “Hero” and “Queen” have touched and tugged at Andy and I’s heart since we picked them up yesterday and brought them to the farm. We’ve asked each other a thousand times over how can anyone let such a beautiful animal that God blessed us with get to this point, how do you look these precious souls in the eyes everyday knowing they are lacking food, love and care that they need, and I could go on and on. We’ve come up with the only answer we could think of, some people just don’t care. As heartbreaking as these ponies are with their condition, I can tell you they have been nothing but a blessing to Andy and I. These babies are here at the farm until Thursday and you can bet they will get all the love, care, attention and feed that they so deserve.
Here’s the reason for my post….I want to challenge every friend and follower! I challenge you to make a $10.00 donation to the Lancaster SPCA of South Carolina to help Hero and Queen. These two are going to need all the help they can possibly get! And I know we all waste $10.00 on some pretty stupid things. So I ask, I beg, that you make this $10.00 count for something good and show Hero and Queen that there are still good humans and love to be given to them.

After an anonymous tip was sent to AC, two horses are now safe. A special thanks to Lancaster CO Animal Control officer Jesse for working together with the Humane Society of the United States and The Humane Society of SC to come up with a plan for these

So I had planned on doing an overnight camp before school started but the day I had available to do it is the day that 6th and 9th graders return to school. Sooooo….because of all the kids from the precious camps wanting another round of fun before school starts back, I will be having a FUN DAY this Friday, August 5th from 9am-3pm! We will learn basic riding, games on horseback, saddling, grooming and more! Lunch, drinks and snacks will be provided.
Bring a bathing suit and towel!
Cost is $40 per child

I can’t thank y’all enough for giving us the opportunity in sharing our love of horses with your children! To my mom and dad, Hoot & Cindy Gibson, thank you both for helping me each day! To my mother-in-law, Elaine Tyre, who LOVES feeding people, thank you so much for preparing lunch and picking up pizza and to Rich Bleacher, who made homemade chocolate chip cookies for the kids…thank you! To each of my girls that helped me, Emma, Skyler, Railee, JoAnn, Breanna and Brooklyn…you girls are awesome! And to my wonderful husband, Andy, thank you for always helping me, supporting me and rooting for me all the way…I love you all!
