Meet the Face Behind the Brand

Hi there! I’m Elena — a proud Ukrainian-American with a passion for creativity, connection, and a good dose of entrepreneurial energy.

Born and raised in Ukraine, I’ve always had a curious spirit and a love for all things innovative. Before moving to the U.S., I worked as a freelance translator, tour guide, and e-publication proofreader, while also dabbling in CAD design and teaching English/Ukrainian to language lovers from around the world.

Now, I’m the heart behind Touch Here Photo Booths, a family-run business known for delivering award-winning photo booth experiences and event lighting that adds just the right sparkle. I’ve been in the event industry since 2013, and since launching Touch Here in 2018, I’ve taken pride in creating classy, joyful, and unforgettable moments for my clients.

When I’m not at an event, I love hosting guests at my cozy Airbnb cabin nestled in the Poconos — a modern-meets-rustic retreat surrounded by nature and just minutes from Promised Land State Park. It’s the perfect little escape, if I do say so myself!

In my creative downtime, you’ll find me painting, gardening, and handcrafting small-batch soaps and candles. I also offer soap-making classes for small groups, which make for a unique and delightful experience — especially popular for bridal showers, birthdays, or a girls’ day out. It’s hands-on, relaxing, and a whole lot of fun (with gorgeous take-home goodies too).
