KC EVENT CENTER RENTAL INFORMATION
Thank you for your interest in holding your special event at the KC Event Center.
Hall rental for a Friday or Saturday is $600 for the full day, from 9am-1am. There is a $250 nonrefundable deposit that is due when you come in to sign your contract. That deposit does get deducted from your final bill that is due the day of your event. Hall rental for a Sunday, Monday or Wednesday is an hourly rate. It is $100 for the first hour and $50 for each additional hour, but no more than $300 for the full day. Those days require an $100 nonrefundable deposit that is due when you come in to sign your contract. That deposit will be deducted from your final bill that is due at the end of your event.
Your hall rental includes:
1. We will have all your tables and chairs set up and ready for you when you come in to decorate for your event.
2. You will have free use of our Wi-Fi, our audio/video equipment. Which includes a drop-down projection screen for you to show pictures, movies, and other videos.
3. We have a beautiful hand made wooden arch that is available for you to use and decorate. It is perfect for pictures! We also have a white metal frame lighted archway that is available for you to use.
4. We have beautiful fairy lights on our ceiling with a mirror ball. The fairy light color can be changed to match your color scheme for your event.
5. We have round and square mirrors for you table center pieces as well as various sizes of fishbowls and vases for you to use for your decorations.
6. Finally, it also includes all clean up after your event is done. You don’t have to worry about any cleaning at all!! Just take with you whatever you want to keep, and we will take care of the rest.
If you’re looking for good food for your event, please consider our catering services. If you do use our services, I will deduct $100 from your hall rental! A full menu with current prices is available upon request. You do not have to use our services though; you can bring in your own food or have another caterer for your event. Although, you will not have access to our kitchen due to insurance purposes.
If you want any alcohol for your event, then you will have to pay for a bartender and your guests will have to purchase all alcohol products from us. This is due to our liquor license.
