It's PESTO BATCHING TIME at Excelsior at our big kitchen on Vine Street! We had 50 Pounds of Basil to work with this year! And after 2 days of tedious preparations, we yielded 44 Quarts of pesto! These airtight bags of goodness get frozen for future use in a variety of our pistachio pesto cuisine creations!
