Appreciate all prayers for my daddy! It’s been almost 6 months since my mom died. He’s really struggled since then missing her terribly and his health is declining rapidly. His good days are a few and far between. Yesterday he enjoyed watching his Buckeyes with Jason and me but by the time we got him to bed for the night he was in a rough place. My brother Jeff and I take care of him as he’s pretty much bed ridden for the most part. Its so sad watching him this way. Jeff ended up taking him to the ER this morning. 🥲🙏🥰

I wanted to let you know that I will be temporarily pausing all OUTDOOR sessions and tours on the Proparazzi property until SPRING 2026. *Indoor areas, including the FARMHOUSE & STUDIO-C (Poolhouse) will remain available for use by appointment
Following my mother’s passing several months ago, my brother and I have been alternating care for our 87-year-old father, whose health is rapidly declining. Dad has chosen to remain in the home he and my mother built, which requires us to be fully hands-on with his care (which is in another town) with overnight stays as needed We also have assumed their household and property responsibilities.
Due to these circumstances, I have not been able to maintain the back portion of the property since March. The combination of new responsibities, rain, summer heat and recent storm flooding has left the grounds overgrown with many trees of rooted along the creek (which destroyed my treasured bridge) as well as outdoor furniture has remained covered and not seasonally decorated as usual for several months. At this time, the outdoor areas are not in the condition I would want to present to you. My goal is to reopen for outdoor sessions later in MAY 2026 just in time for spring photos.
Looking ahead, I’ve been shifting a PORTION of my focus toward preparing the property for weddings, events and Airbnb options. I will be eliminating a large portion of my inventory, so stay tuned for an announcement and a link to be active in those sales if interested.
Once reopened, I believe you’ll enjoy the photography enhancements. For now, I feel it’s best to pause rather than risk offering a less-than-perfect experience.

Looking for Gutter & Downspout Repair or Replacement – Old Barn Project
Hi everyone,
I’m currently seeking recommendations for experienced and reliable individuals to help with either repairing or replacing the gutters and downspouts on my old barn. Ideally, I’m looking for someone who:
• Has experience working with historic or older structures
• Is familiar with using new old stock or reclaimed materials
• Has immediate availability
If repair using salvaged or aged materials isn’t possible, I’m also open to full replacement with new gutters and downspouts—provided the finished look fits the aesthetic of the barn, which is used as a photography & event venue.
✨ Seeking Salvaged Materials – Willing to Purchase
In addition, I’m on the lookout for old stock or reclaimed pieces—especially aged gutters, downspouts, and connectors—to match the barn’s character and patina. If you know of anyone planning to tear down an old barn or similar structure, I’d love to connect. I’m happy to purchase materials if they’re a good fit.

A little about my new VENTURE that has taken on a life of it’s own “On A Wing & A Prayer” Nearly thirteen years ago my boys & I lost my husband to neuroblastoma cancer. Jimmy & Jax were 5 & 8 when Jim passed. Since that time I have been on a MISSION to continue to raise my kids on our family farm until finishing their schooling. I have been repurposing antiques and various other items since that time in order to be able to continue to work from home and keep as much normalcy as possible for them. The boys have grown up working along side of me on the farm & all that the business entails so each have grown up with a very diversified, incredible work ethic and CREATIVE spirits! Keeping up with it all can get to be a pretty hectic juggling act between school, sports, extracurriculars, business and keeping up with the property, but it’s been our COMMON goal! Through this journey we have learned our STRENGTHS and WEAKNESSES and formed the bond as the 3 MUSKETEERS! It’s not always as calm & pretty as “The Walton’s” experience, but the respect for each other’s sacrifice is WORTH the reward!
DREAMS changed…Unfortunately we lost 2/3 of our survivor’s social security in 2016 and will be losing the remainder in May so we have been struggling to stay afloat. Finances had gotten so bad that I decided last Easter that I just couldn’t keep the farm any longer. I posted on social media that I would be selling our farm and contents as the time had come to LET IT GO! I began selling off everything in preparation to move and was contacted by several buyers that wanted the farm….OUR farm that we had fought so hard for all these years!
I spent the following week not finding any PEACE that I was making the right decision…I did a lot of PRAYING about it and decided I needed to give it one last HURRAH! I have had a PASSION for antiques since I was a little girl as well as being a hopeless, “HOPEFUL" romantic and felt I was dropping the ball on what GOD had designed! I’d also always imagined having a Bed & Breakfast but even more so hosting weddings, anniversary parties, vow renewals, etc. on the property since Jim & I first moved to what we named “SERENITY FARM”
So…. I am FULL SPEED AHEAD on this new business venture “PROPARAZZI” that includes PROP RENTAL as well as working with PHOTOGRAPHERS shooting in the 1860’s Colonial Revival Farmhouse, bank barn and areas on the secluded 8 acre farm that includes over 4000+ square feet of PROPS and hopefully soon will host and help you to create your next precious MEMORY!
And so…PROPARAZZI was BORN! “YOU DREAM IT…I’LL THEME IT”
