* 1st Course: Winter Vegetable Tart - - - Oven Roasted Late Harvest Vegetables with EVOO, Herbed Goat Cheese in a Black Pepper & Asiago Cheese Crust. Fresh Greens with Champagne Vinaigrette and Balsamic Drizzle

We had a fabulous time serving all of our guests at our wine dinner at Gauthier Vineyard. If you like what you see we have our second wine dinner for March coming up on the 16th. Same menu as below. There's a few seats still available!

After 4 years of being a key member of our culinary team, Chef Ricardo is moving forward with opening his own restaurant (details to follow!) so we are now HIRING...looking for a full time Catering Chef. must be competent in a commercial kitchen, be organized, clean, presentable, self motivated and have a valid drivers license. We can train the catering part if you've only worked in a restaurant. Family run business, Competitive salary and great hours. No Sundays. Paid major holidays off and vacation time.
