Don't Let Celiac Disease Stop Your Traditions
If you're not from Michigan (or Polish), you may not be familiar with Pączki. They're usually deep fried, and filled with cream or fruit fillings.

They are usually eaten on Fat Tuesday, the day before Ash Wednesday. They are eaten as an indulgence before the start of Lent. And they're a big deal here in Michigan.

I've compiled a list of bakers who will be offering them this year.
**Important updates from last year. Neither Rise Authentic Baking nor Bliss Bakery will be making pączki this year.

Also, I'm still waiting to hear back from a few bakers who have made them in the past. I've included their information from last year, and noted that the info is from 2024. When I hear back from them, I will update my post.
