Saturday Nov 2nd at the Avenue, we’re giving Lansing an extra night of the Halloween vibe with live hip-hop and dance music!

We’re stoked to both welcome .plantana to their first Space Dogg event and host .collee back to Lansing from Arizona!

Lastly we’ll have our duo Daytripper ( + ) ripping a DJ set with live drums to round out the evening.

Unfortunately, due to two unrelated health issues within both bands, Grey Matter has to drop from tomorrows event and Jackie Kalmink of the will be performing a special solo set.

The show will now be a free event and we’re adding Space Doggs very own Nick Eaton to kick off the night with a performance of his own.

We’re deeply sorry for the last minute changes but are still very excited to be joined by some talented humans and songwriters.

On Friday Dec 1st we’re switching gears and hosting a few of our favorite Michigan bands at The Avenue!

We have Lansing locals headlining the night with their unique blend of punk and ska that’ll be sure to make you move while they deliver their message.

Western Michigan phenoms will be returning to their second Space Dogg event to provide direct support with their entrancing and groovy rock.

Lastly we’ll have the talented teddy bear and singer-songwriter Derek Gramza opening the night with some tunes.

Come join us Dec 1st as we ditch the DJ’s for Doc Martins and dive back into our roots.

Don’t forget to leave your jerks at home and we’ll see you at the rock show!

On October 28th, the Space Doggs return with a critical mission to ensure the success of a costumed dance party at the Avenue on planet Earth. 

We will feature three distinct and stellar electronic dance music performances on this operation so prepare accordingly for dancing and positive vibes.

Early estimates indicate:

- General rowdiness and a loving crowd.

- Acceptance of all mission participants regardless of identity.
 
- A high volume of fat beats and a 28% chance of dubstep.

Please note that costumes are encouraged as ideal mission gear and all jerks are to be left at home.

The Space Dogg Collective still presents the Spring Fling this Saturday on the Junction patio.

We’ll have the room decorated in full floral style, art and plant vendors, and hip-hop, bass, and EDM courtesy of our artists.

In the main room, the Junction will be hosting a country night with line dancing lessons from 7-8 and a country DJ.

We’re excited to see everyone out for such a diverse evening and appreciate everyone’s understanding with the changes.

There’s a snake in our boot!

Well wouldn’t ya know, the main stage lineup for the Spring Fling has been changed. DJ Sean will now be playing for the Junction Country Hoedown in the main room which includes line dancing lessons from 7-8pm and a mechanical bull firing up at 9!

This is a big shift for us but we’re excited to be delivering the same curated Spring Fling experience on the patio. You can expect all sorts of tunes to scoot your boots to and the same Space Doggs hootin’ and hollerin’ you know and love. Come knock your spurs and dosey-do with us and our new friends this Saturday, 8pm at The Junction!

The Space Doggs are back and beyond the stars excited to announce our first collaborative event of the season!

In conjunction with and the MSU Observatory we’re setting out to celebrate the intersection of art and science with live music on location at the MSU Observatory.

The event is on Statewide Astronomy Night and will be one of many nights this summer the observatory will be offering public viewings, lawn telescopes, and other activities.

We’re incredibly excited to be working alongside so many talented people and artists for this event such as Normal Mode, Obsrvr, and Stephanie Vasko and will talk about them at lengths soon.
