A few quick pictures from last night’s wedding at the beautiful Strawberry Lake Lodge🍓 celebrating our amazing couple!

We catered Shrimp Shooter, Caprese Kabobs, and Meatballs for cocktail hour, and then Brisket, Pulled Chicken, Mac and Cheese, and House Salad for dinner🤍

It is always so exciting to get to see our couples at their wedding after having met them for a tasting usually a year in advance! Congratulations to the new Mr. and Mrs. Gauthier! We wish you a lifetime of love and happiness🤍✨

We loved being able to be a part of Jenn and Suzanne’s wedding reception with their friends and family (and an incredibly talented musician) at the beautiful Michigan Wine Company 🤍

Still in awe of the wedding we catered this past weekend and all the beautiful details✨ It was so stunning that we had to include a picture of the bridal party table and the view behind it of the sunset on Lake Michigan🌅

We were so fortunate to be able to cater The Gontjes wedding last Friday at the beautiful Camp Blodgett - Loeks Retreat Center. For cocktail hour, we served Bruschetta, Meatballs, and a Veggie Tray.

For dinner, our team served Brisket, Pulled Chicken, Mac and Cheese, Corn Cake, and Coleslaw.

🚨Today is the first day that the Smokeshow BBQ Platter will be available at Spag's Bar & Grill!🚨

We have been smoking since 8am this morning to ensure that the ribs, wings, and pulled pork are as fresh as possible (and as smoky as possible😉)

The Smokeshow BBQ Platter is made by the head chef of Spag’s and the owner of Smokeshow BBQ, Connor Long. This meat-lovers platter features dry-rubbed smoked chicken wings, slow-smoked pulled pork, and spareribs glazed in SmokeShow BBQ’s Sweet and Sassy BBQ sauce. The platter also comes with coleslaw and cornbread.

We love celebrating with our couples getting married, but don’t forget we do so much more than just weddings! Today we catered 100 boxed lunches containing pulled pork sandwiches, pulled chicken sandwiches, and seasonal veggie wraps for a group at the Department of Technology, Management, and Budget (DTMB).

Nothing makes the work day better than having a special meal catered in for your team! We love BBQ, but we also have plenty of options for vegetarians, vegans, and many other dietary restrictions. We also have options that fit in the State Group Per Diem rate‼️

You might notice a familiar name on the new Spag's Bar & Grill Summer Specials Menu!

We are super excited and proud to announce that our sauce is available for purchase AND is featured on the summer menu at Spags Bar and Grill. Not only that, but the BBQ platter that is available on Fridays and Saturdays features ribs, pulled pork, and chicken wings smoked by owner and head chef of Smokeshow BBQ, Connor Long.

In case you didn’t know, when not busy catering, Connor also works as the head chef at Spag’s Bar and Grill. The Spagnuolo family has graciously offered Connor the opportunity to serve and sell his sauce at the restaurant.
