Happy Thanksgiving, I want to extend my warmest wishes to you and your loved ones. May this season bring you peace in your heart, good health to your home, and moments of rest to rejuvenate your spirit.

For those traveling, I pray for your safety and traveling mercies as you gather with family and friends.

Dear Les Meres et Debutantes Community family and friends, we would like to take this opportunity to thank each of you for your presence and unwavering support of Manessah and Arthuria families . Your demonstration of love and kindness toward the family is truly heartwarming. Please continue to keep the naval and watkins family and the 2022 Les Meres et Debutantes in your prayers as we cope with this great loss. The Naval and Watkins family has acknowledged and appreciated the thoughtful gestures, including cards, flowers, and resolutions.We love you all and thank you once again for everything!

Today, Art Unlimited hosted our father/daughter activity, showcasing art fusing and food. Appreciation goes to Les Meres Sunshine Morgan Mcintyre Sr. Tiffani King Lynn Osborne and Post La Mere Janice Cabule for chaperoning this beautiful event

Our debutantes were out in the community today volunteering at the Greater Lansing CROP Hunger Walk and our debs also gave 20+ cans to support the homeless - We thank Community Service Chair Felicia Peters Robinson and her committee for doing a fabulous job with our debutantes!

Our debutantes enthusiastically participated in a community service project in September by creating fleece blankets for children in foster care, This project was led by our community service chair, LaMere Felicia Peters Robinson. Today, Our Debutantes dropped off the beautifully made blankets at Bethany Christian Services. We are proud of our Debutantes

We are so proud of 2029 Debutante Sunshine Morgan McIntyre Jr. She is the Vice President of the Youth and College Unit for the Lansing Branch of the NAACP. She was a delegate at the 88th Michigan Conference!

Tickets and Ads for the 60th Cotillion Ball 'Night of Enchantment' are now available for purchase. The Mighty Four, consisting of Karrington Cosey, Victoria Hollingsworth, T'gan Robinson, and Tahirah Shareef, will make their debut on April 19, 2025 at 6pm at the Doubletree by Hilton Hotel (formerly the Radisson).
