Been quietly fighting for Diversity, Equity and Inclusion for over 30 years. It's an honor to be recognized for something that is passionate in your life. Wasn't fighting to be heard or seen publicly just fighting for the people. The Bible tells us That thine alms may be in secret: and thy Father which seeth in secret himself shall reward thee openly. I would like to thank our Governor, State senator Sarah Anthony , Mayor Andy Schor, and City councilman Jeffery Brown and the Board of Commissioners Myles Johnson for this great honor.
