Booking Policies for The Hyve Studio 517:

• A $150 security deposit is required to secure your date.
• Remaining balance is due 2 weeks before your event.
• Optional $75 cleaning fee is available. If the space is not left clean of food, trash, and personal items, $100 will be deducted from the security deposit.
• Additional hours are charged at $75/hour on weekdays and $125/hour on weekends.
• Absolutely no smoking inside the building (subject to a $500 fee).
• No liquor sales, and all alcohol must comply with Dewitt Township guidelines.
• Cancellations within 30 days of your event are non-refundable but can be transferred to another date.
• Security Deposit is returned within 5 business days as long as no damages occur or a cleaning fee deduction

Each package includes black, white, or ivory linen to elevate your event’s look. To secure your date, a $150 security deposit is required, which is refundable as long as there are no damages.
