Booking Policies for The Hyve Studio 517:

• A $150 security deposit is required to secure your date.
• Remaining balance is due 2 weeks before your event.
• Optional $75 cleaning fee is available. If the space is not left clean of food, trash, and personal items, $100 will be deducted from the security deposit.
• Additional hours are charged at $75/hour on weekdays and $125/hour on weekends.
• Absolutely no smoking inside the building (subject to a $500 fee).
• No liquor sales, and all alcohol must comply with Dewitt Township guidelines.
• Cancellations within 30 days of your event are non-refundable but can be transferred to another date.
• Security Deposit is returned within 5 business days as long as no damages occur or a cleaning fee deduction

Introducing The Hyve Studio 517 new Bee-themed event packages! 🐝✨

Each package includes black, white, or ivory linen to elevate your event’s look. To secure your date, a $150 security deposit is required, which is refundable as long as there are no damages. The remaining balance will be split into two payments for your convenience, and Afterpay is available to make planning even easier!
