Just a few days ago I DJ’s a New Year’s Eve wedding in Weatherford, Texas.

One year earlier, I found myself in Weatherford to DJ an event for Nicole Sheridan and her husband Taylor(creator of “Yellowstone”). They asked me not to film guests in attendance, but I did record a sign off from Nic’s Bar at around 2:30 am on January 1, 2024 as I was preparing to make my 90 minute drive home.

I once DJ’d a full one hour Prince dance set requested by bride at her wedding.

“Let’s Work”, from the 1981 album “Controversy” is one of the essential dance Prince tracks to be played by DJ’s. If you have it on vinyl, you are lucky.

Preview of tonights gala/fundraiser that I am the DJ for again.Last year was a huge success. One item that distinctly remember being auctioned off was the 4 George Strait concert tickets. I think there was some Las Vegas involved with the package. I believe the winning bid was above $10,000.Tonight there are items from Country singers Lainey Wilson and Jelly Roll. Dallas Maverick, Dallas Stars, Oklahoma Football packages are among the sports items.
